Your stream of graduation does not matter., For CSE, students are required to start preparation with NCERT books (i.e. text books of CBSE Delhi
Board) from Std. VI onwards. Even a graduate preparing for this highest exam of the country, studies school level text books from Std. VI onwards. Hence it is clear that stream of college education makes no difference while preparing for the exam as you start from basics.
